Our Story
ReadingMinds started when our founders, veterans of market research and AI, realized that the industry was stuck in the past. Companies were spending millions on surveys that customers hated filling out, producing data that executives didn't trust.
Meanwhile, the same people who gave one-word survey answers would happily spend 10 minutes telling a friend exactly what they thought about a product. The insight was there; it just wasn't being captured.
We built Emma, our friendly AI interviewer, to have those conversations at scale. She listens like a researcher, probes like a journalist, and analyzes like a data scientist. The result? Richer insights, faster turnaround, and customers who actually enjoy participating.
