ReadingMinds is preparing to participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. Once certified, we will adhere to the relevant Principles and will remain liable for transfers to third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

ReadingMinds does not provide services or other items of value in exchange for your personal information protected by the CCPA and will not sell or rent personal information.

Subject to certain limitations, California consumers have the right to:
