Do you offer invoicing / PO?+
The free plan needs no purchase order because there is nothing to bill. Custom-volume agreements support invoicing and purchase orders; ask when you request a quote.
Do unused interviews roll over?+
No. Your 50 interviews reset at the start of each month and do not roll over. This keeps the cap simple and predictable.
What counts as an interview?+
