Questions that start with "Do you agree that..." or "How much do you love..." signal the expected response before the respondent has a chance to think. They measure compliance, not opinion. Neutral phrasing like "How would you rate..." or "How satisfied are you with..." lets respondents start from zero.
Words like "innovative," "seamless," or "world-class" inject a value judgment into the question before the respondent can form their own. If your question describes the product as "innovative," the respondent is primed to agree. Remove evaluative adjectives and let the data speak for itself.
"How satisfied are you with our pricing and quality?" is really two questions. A respondent who loves the quality but hates the pricing cannot give a meaningful answer. Always ask about one concept per question. It takes more questions, but each answer is actually usable.
"What do you like most about our new feature?" assumes the respondent likes it. If they do not, they either lie, skip the question, or give a confused answer. Neutral framing: "How would you describe your experience with our new feature?" This lets both positive and negative feedback surface naturally.
