CSV Export for All Interview Data

You can now export all interview data from any study as a structured CSV file, ready for your own analysis tools, spreadsheets, or data warehouse.

What's Included

Each CSV export contains one row per interview with the following columns:

  • Interview ID: Unique identifier for each conversation
  • Respondent: Anonymized participant identifier
  • Date & Time: When the interview was completed
  • Full Transcript: The complete conversation text
  • Emotion Tags: All detected emotions with intensity scores
  • Sentiment Score: Overall sentiment rating for the interview
  • AI Themes: Auto-generated theme classifications
  • Category Codes: Full category coding applied by Emma

How to Export

  1. Open any study from your dashboard
  2. Click the Export button in the top-right toolbar
  3. Select CSV Export
  4. Choose which columns to include (or export everything)
  5. Download begins immediately

Filtering Options

Before exporting, you can filter by date range, emotion tags, sentiment thresholds, or specific themes. Only the filtered results will appear in your CSV.
