What’s Inside
The Academy is four practical lessons, each under 15 minutes:
- From Research Goal to a Tight Question Set: Turn a vague brief into focused objectives and questions that map directly to business decisions.
- Write Voice-First Questions: Learn the Voice Question Blueprint: time anchors, guardrails, and the one-breath test for questions that sound natural when spoken aloud.
- Neutral Language & Bias Control: Remove leading language, fix question ordering effects, and apply voice-safe framing so respondents give you their real reactions.
- The Study QA Pass Before Launch: Run a 10-point checklist, cut ruthlessly, and test with co-workers or synthetic answers before going live.
How It Works With the Platform
When you create a study in ReadingMinds, the platform auto-generates objectives and questions based on your research goal. The Academy teaches you the principles behind those suggestions so you can edit and refine them for the best possible results.

Every lesson links to a 25-term glossary covering key concepts like acquiescence bias, the funnel technique, cognitive load, and more, with cross-references back to the lessons where each term appears.
